HYDROFORMING  
   
In hydroforming, water acts at a pressure of maximal 3,200 bar against 40,000 kN locking force, huge force values which are nevertheless able to generate complicated sheet metal parts or hollow profiles.  
   
   
Hydroforming in the internal high pressure range means forming with a liquid agent. In this procedure, tool steel meets enormous liquid pressure.  
   
A successful combination you may benefit from: low tool costs, short setup times and a forming procedure that conserves material for components of high quality in low quantities.  
   
Straight-lined, bent or pre-shaped hollow profiles and flat panels – we as die makers count on the power of water.
