The tool- and die making company Siebenwurst Werkzeugbau has established itself as a forward-looking company. Currently we have 180 permanent employees. From the beginning, we have relied on new technologies and innovative solutions. We deal with design, process planning and manufacturing of stamping- and forming dies for 3D formed pieces made of steel sheets, higher strength sheets and aluminium, up to 40 tons maximum and a size of 4.5 x 2.8 meters. SIEBENWURST also has experience in the design, manufacture and tryout of hydroforming tools for internal high pressure forming. In this field, we cover the entire process chain – starting from process planning to draw simulation and design, up to die manufacturing and follow-up buy-off at the customer on site.

Siebenwurst Werkzeugbau has available comprehensive and state-of-the-art machinery at the Zwickau location. Using this equipment and the know-how we have gained over the years, we are able to provide quick, high-quality solutions to even the most complicated problems. We have been well known for this performance and capability from the time our firm was first founded. The production processes in our plant meet the latest quality requirements and are subject to the specifications of the corresponding certificates.

Just as quickly as we do our manufacturing work, we perform maintenance and repairs and make changes in series dies; all of this is carried out on site or at SIEBENWURST.

In addition to tool manufacturing, we make available our machinery for paid machining work.

Our customers come from the automotive industry and its suppliers, as well as medical engineering. Others are producers of white goods or manufacturers of bikes and locomotives.
